Order Processing and Shipping

Following an online purchase on Magnum Cellars’ website, you will receive an email confirming your order. Then, a shipping notification with your tracking number will be sent to you via email confirming that your order has been sent and is on its way.

Magnum Cellars delivers everywhere in Canada*. For other destinations, please contact our customer service for an estimate of the delivery lead time and fees for your requested location.

In the case where the ordered product would not be available in stock, we will contact you directly to take arrangements regarding the delivery lead time or moreover to propose an alternative or cancel your order.

Delivery delay

In-stock orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.

The delivery time varies from 7 to 14 working days, depending on the delivery area.

Wine Cellars

Wine cellars of Magnum Cellars are quality products and will be treated with care by our “White Gloves” shipping service. Our shipping service will take care of placing your new wine cellar in the desired space in your home. The delivery men will remove and bring with them the packaging so that nothing is left behind to inconvenience you.

We thank you for always verifying the condition of the unit upon reception and have the delivery man write any abnormalities or problems you have seen on the delivery slip. We also appreciate your constructive comments regarding the quality of the delivery service.
